This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 306 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services offered.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 306 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 306 platform.
Acceptance of these terms is considered automatic upon creating an account, making your first deposit, or continuing to use the platform after an update to these terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version.
The 306 platform is a service available exclusively to adults aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are eligible to participate in online betting activities in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 306 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal details should any changes occur.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. 306 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence. Users agree not to use the 306 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could compromise the security of the platform, other users, or third parties. This includes a prohibition on the use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate the platform's systems.
Users are also prohibited from sharing or transferring account balances to other users without written approval from 306. Any attempt to circumvent the system, commit fraud, or exploit platform vulnerabilities will result in immediate action, including account termination and freezing of the balances involved.
Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 306 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods — including DuitNow, FPX, GrabPay, and standard bank transfers — to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for users across Malaysia.
- The minimum deposit varies by payment method, starting from RM20.
- All deposits are subject to identity verification before being processed for the first time.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred or used for any purpose other than betting on the 306 platform.
- 306 reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 hours, depending on the method selected.
- Withdrawals are subject to security verification, which may take additional time in certain cases.
- 306 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Liability Limits & Account Termination Policy
306 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions, betting outcomes, or any factors beyond the platform's control.
306 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur, and 306 is not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.
306 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of the terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 306 support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal once the required security checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 306 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of 306 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 306. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
The 306 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 306 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Following links to external websites is done entirely at the user's own risk, and users are encouraged to review the privacy policy of each site they visit.
306 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 306 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
